JROTC

JROTC stands for Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps, a program designed to teach students valuable life skills such as discipline, leadership, and teamwork. At Bradshaw Mountain High School, JROTC is much more than just a class—it's an opportunity for students to build character and enhance their personal development while serving as leaders within our school and community.

Through JROTC, students engage in a wide range of activities both inside and outside the classroom, including Color Guard, Drill Team, Air Rifle competitions, community service projects, and fundraisers. These experiences help develop a strong sense of responsibility and camaraderie, all while instilling the core values of integrity, respect, and excellence.

Our Cadets are not only ambassadors of the JROTC program—they are proud representatives of Bradshaw Mountain High School. By participating, they demonstrate commitment, pride, and a dedication to making a positive impact on both our school and the broader community.

JROTC at BMHS is about shaping students into strong, confident individuals who lead by example and contribute meaningfully to those around them.
